The Super Bowl was not the only big event last weekend in Florida. Close to 100 of the top players in the Florida and surrounding areas, ascended to Fort Lauderdale to display their talents to coaches from Ave Maria, Lagrange, Florida Memorial, Webber, Southeastern, Warner, Keiser and ASA Miami. The athletes were tested in the 40 yard dash and Pro Shuttle. The players also received individual and group instruction from the college coaches to improve their skills.
The players ranged from class of 2021 to class of 2025. Members of the Dream All-American Bowl committee were on hand as well. The committee will invite underclassmen to the Recruit Nation Southeast Regional Showcase in Panama City, Fl. Players from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee will be on hand to compete for the best of the best of the region.
There were many standouts. The college coaches awarded positional MVP honors and a few on the spot college offers were given to some participants. This was a great showcase and we look forward to the upcoming events. See the schedule at football.recruitnationelite.com/collegeprospectshowcase
