Dexter Wright is a running back from Texas. He played in the Dream All-American Bowl on June 12, 2022. Dexter was outstanding for the white team in the 5th/6th grade game. He had multiple big plays, helping lead his team offensively.
Scouting Report: Dexter has great speed and agility. He has good vision and sets up his blocks. He displays good hands, catching the ball out of the backfield or from the slot.
Why did you start playing? Who influenced you? I started playing at 3 and a half years old.
My cousin influenced me to play. I like the sport and it’s interesting to me.
Please give a brief comment about the All-American Weekend. What did you enjoy about the combine, practice and the game? I enjoyed doing the 1 on 1, I enjoyed working out and doing the 40 meter dash, I enjoyed playing with other players from all over the country.

What do you love about the game? I love playing against other teams running the football and having fun.

Why should a college coach recruit you in the future? A college coach should recruit me because I’m a leader and I will work my hardest to be the best player that’s recruited.
