The hottest Class of 2023 Defensive Back recruits in the DMV

The DMV area has seen its status as a hotbed of talent certified in the past several months. Covid-19 forced many schools in the area to either not be able to play during the 2020 season, postpone their season to the spring of 2021, or play only a few games.
