Dream Sports Group and National Radar caught up postgame with four of Somerset’s standout Bulldogs — John Wayne Niemietz, Michael “Mickey” Gonzalez, Kaleb Flores, and Malakai Iverson — after an unforgettable night of high-level football. These young men showed why Somerset continues to be one of the most talented programs in Texas under the leadership of Coach Koy Detmer.

John Wayne Niemietz lit up the crowd with a 70-yard scoop and score, proving once again that effort and awareness win games. On the defensive side, Mickey Gonzalez made several big-time plays, anchoring the Bulldog defense with his relentless motor and physicality. Meanwhile, on offense, Malakai Iverson and Kaleb Flores connected for three Somerset touchdowns, showcasing elite chemistry and precision through the air.

These Bulldogs are part of a deep and dangerous roster, filled with playmakers who have honed their craft through Dream Sports Group’s Elite Combine and Showcase series.
