Amir Leslie is a rising young talent out of Wilmington, North Carolina, whose combination of speed, power, and intelligence on the field makes him a special player to watch. At just 5’0” and 115 pounds, he already shows the toughness and explosiveness that coaches love in a running back. His ability to hit the hole with force, keep his legs driving, and be difficult to tackle demonstrates a maturity in his game far beyond his age. What truly sets Amir apart, however, is his leadership and high football IQ. Teammates and coaches alike describe him as coachable, disciplined, and powerful — qualities that promise big things for the years ahead.
Off the field, Amir is equally determined. With school starting, he emphasizes being a student first, making sure his academics are strong before tackling practices and training sessions. His mindset is simple but effective: focus on getting better every single day, both in the classroom and on the field. As Noble Middle School prepares to open their season, Amir is energized and excited to test the team’s growth against all challengers. For him, every game is a learning opportunity, and every snap is a chance to improve.
