What led you to building your own program?
“Been coaching 25 years, I enjoy the game and wanted to make a difference in the lives of our youth.”
What are the biggest challenges and how do you overcome them?
"Commitment from the kids with the day and age of video games. I make playing fun so they want to come practice and play."
Who impacted your coaching career?
"I had a youth coach named John Blake and he was the best. Then watching Mike Calhoun at fort hill high school and how he ran the program."
Do have a system or style of play that you prefer?
"I adapt my system to the players, I preach discipline in all phases of the game."
What do you consider a successful season?
"When the players get better from day one to the last day, (of course a championship doesn’t hurt lol)."

"I play Eric Thomas speech to Wolfpack football before games.
