Recruit Nation is pleased to announce that Topper Sterling, a running back from Comfort High School, will be attending the Recruit Nation College Prospect Showcase in Houston, TX, on April 28, 2024. As a 5'9", 168-pound junior, Topper has had an impressive career with standout performances in both his freshman and sophomore seasons. In his sophomore year alone, he achieved 1,974 rushing yards, including three games with over 300 yards each. He also set a single-game rushing record with 384 yards.
Topper is a leader on and off the field, known for his high football IQ, good speed, and powerful running style. His accolades include First Team All-District RB and multiple Whataburger Player of the Month awards. With his strong work ethic and excellent hands, Topper is a highly coachable athlete who is sure to make an impact at the showcase.
