We are excited to announce that Isabel Marisa Spilsted from Cardinal Newman High School will be attending the Recruit Nation College Prospect Showcase at the Southeast Regional in Babson Park, FL. As a defensive specialist, Isabel has shown outstanding skill and dedication on the volleyball court. Standing at 5'7" and weighing 130 lbs, her physical capabilities, combined with her high volleyball IQ, make her a key player in defensive positions. Known for being coachable and a hard worker, Isabel excels in digging and serving, contributing significantly to her team’s defensive strength.
Isabel's accomplishments extend beyond athletics. She is a multi-sport varsity athlete, participating in volleyball, soccer, and flag football. Academically, she is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society, earning First Honors in 9th grade and Second Honors in 10th grade. Her extracurricular involvement includes Debate, Pre-Med Club, Key Club, Green Club, and serving as the Junior Class Secretary in Student Government. Isabel’s dedication to both her sports and academics is truly impressive, and we look forward to seeing her shine at the upcoming showcase. Best of luck, Isabel!
